This video demonstrates how to install the CharterDesk .sppkg file into your SharePoint App Catalog, approve the necessary Microsoft Graph API permissions, and sync the package to Microsoft Teams. On completion of these steps, you’ll be ready to move on to the setup portion of CharterDesk installation.
